All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A minimum advance payment is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid before check-in/event start.
Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
Resort Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Banquet usage times vary and must be agreed upon during booking.
Cancellations made 7 days before check-in/event date will receive a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort/banquet rules.
Any damage caused to property will be charged accordingly.
Illegal or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
Dharma Resort & Banquet is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests in case of misconduct.
Pool, gardens, and other amenities are to be used responsibly and during operating hours only.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Your personal information is protected and will only be used for booking and communication purposes.
