Welcome to Dharma Resort & Banquet. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A minimum advance payment is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid before check-in/event start.

  • Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in/Check-out Policy

  • Resort Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

  • Banquet usage times vary and must be agreed upon during booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in/event date will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort/banquet rules.

  • Any damage caused to property will be charged accordingly.

  • Illegal or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

  • Dharma Resort & Banquet is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests in case of misconduct.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Pool, gardens, and other amenities are to be used responsibly and during operating hours only.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is protected and will only be used for booking and communication purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Dharma Resort & Banquet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
